Abby Hughes

Abby is Operations Manager at firstminute capital.

Abby joined firstminute in 2020 and works across the whole team. She plays a key role in streamlining day-to-day operations, overseeing investor relations, and bringing automation and AI into our internal systems.

She also manages our network and CRM, making her the go-to for business development and portfolio support, from customer introductions to building partnerships.

Before firstminute, Abby worked in the Chief Executive Office at NSW TrainLink in Sydney and in Category Development at Pernod Ricard UK. She holds a BSc in Sociology from the University of Bath.
