Abby Hughes

Abby is Head of Operations at firstminute capital.

Abby is our Head of Operations, running the engine room that keeps the fund moving. She oversees investor relations, portfolio onboarding and our internal systems, and she's leading the charge on bringing automation and AI into how we work. As the keeper of our network and CRM, she's also the go-to for business development and portfolio support, from customer introductions to building partnerships.

Before firstminute, Abby worked in the Chief Executive Office at NSW TrainLink in Sydney and in Category Development at Pernod Ricard UK. She holds a BSc in Sociology from the University of Bath
