Henry is Co-Founder & CEO of Founders Factory and has led its operations globally since inception. He is a Partner at Founders Forum, a global community for the leading entrepreneurs of today, a Partner at seed fund firstminute capital and Chairman of Creator Fund, Europe’s leading student VC.

He sits on the Board of enterprise blockchain platform Luther Systems, mortgage infrastructure provider Acre Software, food robotics specialist Karakuri and flight-free travel startup Byway Travel.

Henry co-founded Founders Intelligence (sold to Accenture in 2021) and event networking platform Grip. He began his adventures in digital 25 years ago at lastminute.com where he served as Head of Product Development.
