Min Nolan
Min is COO at firstminute working closely with the investment and platform teams and leading on everything non-investment.
Min started her career as a lawyer but, after becoming more interested in the potential for smart contracts and block chain than tax, she made the leap into tech. She started an edge computing company with operations across the US, Africa and Europe. From there Min joined firstminute, heading up the platform team, via time on the investment team and a secondment with one of the portfolio companies. As COO, she leads on everything non-investment. Her role includes oversight of the operations, legal, people and platform functions, fundraising and LP engagement, and working with the partners on strategic decisions for the fund.
Min is always up for a conversation about ways to help our founders and the wider community. When not thinking about that, she can be found eating, trekking up mountains and skiing down them or in the sea (10% surf; 90% being pummelled by tiny waves). Min is a UK qualified lawyer (GDL and LPC from BPP) and graduated with a first class degree from Oxford University (Worcester college).
